Abstract

The dynamic stabilization with Dynesys, which provides for the introduction of transpedicular screws in lateral position with full respect of the joints, together with the abolition of skeletisation and the total abolition of muscular detachment and consequent preserved mobility of the spine, ensures a faster recovery after surgery.
