Abstract

In the last decade, TS fuzzy systems have been studied by many researchers with a number of successful applications. The TS fuzzy system has been shown to be an universal approximator of nonlinear dynamic systems; e.g., [49, 51]. The TS fuzzy system is described by fuzzy IF-THEN rules of the following form:
