Zusammenfassung
Mit dieser Meinung ist Abu F. nicht alleine. Wie für andere arabische Länder ging auch für Jordanien 2011 ein turbulentes Jahr zu Ende, das von wiederkehrenden Protesten gekennzeichnet war; auch im neuen Jahr ist noch keine Protestmüdigkeit zu verzeichnen.
Dieser Beitrag ist eine aktualisierte und revidierte Version eines Working Papers vom Juli 2011 (Bouziane & Lenner 2011). Er beruht auf Interviews und informellen Gesprächen, die insb. seit Feb 2011 bis inkl. April 2012 mit Aktivist_innen und nicht politisch organisierten Teilen der Bevölkerung in verschiedenen Teilen des Landes, besonders in Amman und den südlichen Provinzen, geführt wurden. Unser besonderer Dank für intensive begleitende Diskussionen gilt Bashar al-Khatib, Khalid al-Khawaldeh, Mohammad Shamma und Tariq Tell, wobei die Autorinnen selbst natürlich die volle Verantwortung für die Argumentation und etwaige Irrtümer darin tragen.
