Abstract

For quite some time it is increasingly clear that mankind has a joint responsibility for the condition of planet earth. Human beings cannot neglect the consequences of their actions on the living conditions on earth. These conditions are common heritage and therefore mankind has to be aware of any serious changes in order to secure the further existence of the human species.1
