Zusammenfassung
Eine Gruppe von BewertungsZiffern für einzelne Forschungsprojekte basiert auf der direkten Erfassung von Zahlungen und davon abgeleiteten Größen. Da ihre Struktur schon in den vorausgehenden Schilderungen angedeutet wurde, sollen sie zunächst dargestellt und untereinander verglichen werden. Maßstab des Vergleichs wird die Frage sein, unter welchen Bedingungen die verschiedenen Kriterien zu derselben Bewertungs- oder Rangziffer führen, wie die aus einem “Standardkriterium” gewonnene Rangziffer. Ein solcher Standard kann auf sehr verschiedene Weise gewählt werden. Hier wird die nach ihrem Interpreten benannte Olsen-Formel als Standard gewählt, weil sie offensichtlich zum Ausgangspunkt vieler Ansätze zur Ableitung einer Rangziffer für Forschungsprojekte wurde. Eventuelle Verbesserungen der Rangordnungskriterien sollen sich also im Vergleich zu diesem Standard darstellen lassen.
