Zusammenfassung

Photovoltaik ist (noch) eine teuere Art der Stromerzeugung: Strom aus Solarzellen kostet fünf bis zehnmal mehr als konventionell erzeugter Strom. Diese Rechnung sieht zwar ganz anders aus, wenn man die externen Kosten von Energie [1] mit in die Kalkulation einbezieht, doch solange wir keine entsprechende Energiesteuer haben, gilt diese Aussage uneingeschränkt. Damit ist aber auch schon klar, warum es sich lohnt, in die photovoltaische Meßtechnik zu investieren: Eine Meßunsicherheit von 10 % bei einem photovoltaischen Kraftwerk mit 300 kWp entspricht rund DM 300.000,- an Investitionen. Diesem Bedürfnis an hoher Genauigkeit bei der Wirkungsgradbestimmung von Solarzellen stehen nicht-triviale Probleme bei der Meßtechnik entgegen. Zwar ist es einfach, die elektrische Leistung einer Solarzelle zu messen, die radiometrische Bestimmung der einfallenden Strahlungsleistung mit ganz bestimmten spektralen Eigenschaften ist jedoch schwierig. Die folgende Arbeit beschäftigt sich mit diesen Schwierigkeiten und will einen Überblick geben über die Meßtechnik an Solarzellen bezüglich Wirkungsgrad, I/U-Kennlinie und spektraler Empfmdlichkeit.
