Abstract

How can the current state of methods and tools be described? What developments characterise the future for BPR methods and tools? In line with our “methods first” principle, we will outline the developments to be expected in BPR methods first, and derive implications for method-tool integration, before discussing the trends in tools that are unrelated to methods.
