Abstract

In the following chapter we describe ten BPR tools within a framework based on the tool structure described in Chapter 2. The same framework is used in the next chapter to describe six further tools which are directly associated with a method. In contrast, the brief descriptions of eleven further tools in Section 4.11 is restricted to the broad “tool orientation”. Appendices B and C contain additional technical information, supplier addresses, etc. for all the tools.
