Zusammenfassung
In der Betriebswirtschaftslehre wird zunehmend die Bedeutung des emotionalen Geschehens für das wirtschaftliche Handeln erkannt. Emotionen beeinflussen nicht nur die Denkprozesse eines Individuums, sondern wirken durch den Effekt der emotionalen Ansteckung bspw. auch auf Gesprächspartner. Die Theorie der ‘complex responsive processes’ integriert derartige intraindividuelle und soziale Emotionen in ein umfassendes Aussagensystem zum Wissensmanagement. Diese Theorie wird als Rahmen genutzt, um aktuelle Strategien zum betrieblichen Umgang mit Emotionen in den Kontext des Wissensmanagements einzuordnen und zu bewerten.
