Abstract

All startups emerge from an initial idea. Every successful startup owner will be able to tell you, misty-eyed, about that one dinner, train ride, drinking session or quick coffee where the idea was born. That point where they recognized an unaddressed gap in the market, or a way to do something significantly cheaper than the competition.

You have to start with the customer experience and work backwards to the technology
