Abstract
Caller localisation is a key factor for the success of some emergency request to PSAP (Public Safety Answering Point). The article examines the state of the art of the caller localisation across several situations and technologies. In the end will be detailed a commercial and innovative solution in this field called FlagMii proposed by the Regola company that suits the localisation needs of PSAP when the caller use a mobile phone for a service request.
