Abstract

In conclusion we have studied the morphological, mechanical and electromechanical properties of 2D materials and their heterostructures. By studying the morphology of graphene on h-BN and the resulting Moirè pattern we have elucidated that the sample adhesion over the period of the Moirè superlattice varies detectably.
