A complete CV may be required weeks before the final deadline as it is provided to internal and external individuals who make independent assessments of the eligibility for promotion. The CV and personal statement must clearly articulate that the applicant meets the expectations for the requested promotion and convey his/her leadership and contributions to the institution and possibly nationally. Positive attitude, good writing style, and attention to detail are necessary to prepare a cohesive and persuasive application dossier.
