Abstract

Participants summarize the issues that remain to be explored, analyzed, and resolved in order to facilitate a return to liberalism. Various motions are considered and adopted. The creation of an International Center of Studies for the Renovation of Liberalism (CIRL) is decided upon, with future international colloquia in the offing.
