Abstract

Most of the wounded Syrians who come to us are in the same situation; the wounded arrive more than 24 hours after the event, and there is no information about their medical treatment. The Syrian people came to our hospital with no documents and no previous files of radiology and others tests. Treating such cases requires additional investigations and recurrent tests and procedures needed to make the diagnosis and appraise past procedures. The injured patient arrived not accompanied by family and hearing a foreign language and does not know the place makes big challenges to Ziv staff [1].
