Abstract
Subarachnoid hemorrhage frequently leads to vasospasm. The treatment includes hyperdynamic therapy and if that is ineffective, then endovascular intervention. Chemical spasmolysis and angioplasty may provide durable resolution of vasospasm. Indications, techniques, and perioperative management are discussed.
