Abstract

Learning Achievement Tracking (LAT) was a study designed to assess the impact of the Digital Equalizer (DE) program in terms of student learning outcomes. The LAT study was implemented in three phases baseline, mid-line and end-line. The baseline study was completed during July–August 2013 and the final report was compiled in November 2013. Similarly, the midline study was completed in February 2014 and it took close to 3 months to go through the data, complete the analysis and compile the reports in May 2014. The end line study was subsequently completed at the end of the 2 year intervention in February 2015 and the final report was compiled in June 2015.
