Abstract
Learning Achievement Tracking (LAT) is a study designed to assess the impact of the Digital Equalizer (DE) program in terms of student learning outcomes. The LAT study will be administered in three phases as LAT I (Baseline), LAT II (Midline) and LAT III (End-line).
