Abstract
A variety of diversity issues come into play for a US National Committee. Over the years, the USNC/TAM has paid considerable attention to several of these including mechanics specialty, age, and organizational representation. Other types of diversity such as gender, racial, and ethnic have received attention only in more recent years. The committee has been unusually successful in addressing the diversity question. Following are statements and data that reflect the Committee diversity through 2012.
