Abstract

The last 30 years of lecturing, contributing to educational development Higher Education and University Governance has taught me that teaching and learning are constantly evolving and that an innovative approach is most effective. Throughout my career, I was instrumental in planning, developing, coordinating and implementing several degrees and courses at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. I also developed a number of short courses as well as incorporating many new ideas on teaching and assessment methods.
