Abstract

This chapter provides a set of annotated templates which address the overall practice of Design Alchemy and provide scaffolding for designers undertaking course development and revitalisation projects. The templates follow the basic sequence of the practice and the specifications that are generated as a result of completing the five major steps of the process: knowledge application, learning outcomes, assessment items, learning activities and learning resources. Additional templates are provided for detailing the assessment criteria, learning activity details, a scenario-based learning activity and the course syllabus. The final set of templates address the assets of design.
