Zusammenfassung

Im Gegensatz zur Evidenz zum primärpräventiven Nutzen körperlicher Aktivität, die zu einem großen Teil auf observationellen Studien beruht, stehen für die Beurteilung der sekundärpräventiven Wirksamkeit körperlicher Aktivität und strukturierten körperlichen Trainings wesentlich mehr randomisierte kontrollierte Studien (RCTs) zur Verfügung.
