Abstract

As we enter the 21st Century, interest in the voice and singing is at an all time high. We are seeing rapid expansion of knowledge, new approaches to learning in all fields, various media and the Internet offer exposure to global vocal practices, and new avenues for vocal performance present themselves regularly. There are infinite numbers of possibilities available to us for teaching and learning. Information and the tools to make the teaching of singing far more efficient and exciting are readily available. Change is no longer an option; it is a necessity.
