Abstract

Patient was a 60-year-old woman with Follicular lymphoma, treated with Fludarabine and Rituximab and then started on Rituxan, cyclophosphamide, doxorubicin, vincristine and prednisolone (R-CHOP) for six cycles. Patient complained of multiple episodes of palpitation after starting R-CHOP treatment. Follow up Holter monitor revealed multiple brief episodes of symptomatic non-sustained Ventricular tachycardia (NSVT). She was started on metoprolol. She continued her treatment with Rituximab while she was on metoprolol. After completion of Rituximab maintenance treatment, her lymphoma was in remission, metoprolol stopped and there was no recurrence of symptomatic arrhythmia.
