Abstract

This research aims to develop and implement a type of smart room temperature controller especially for the small industries and home who are not afford to spent a lot of money to install the high technology room temperature controller system in the market. SRTCIoT is proposed with the objectives to implement with lower cost. Furthermore, it is developed to connect to internet connection and provide a real-time notification if any temperature changes in the room that exceeds the set limit. The system is based on LM35 temperature sensor, LCD, LED, DC Fan, and NodeMCU ESP8266 Microcontroller, and implemented using Arduino IDE and ESP Notify Android Application for the notification.
