Abstract
Chapter 3 is based on an approach to the background and basic understanding of digital transformation; its benefits, the two perspectives of digital transformation, the four dimensions of digital transformation strategies and the procedural aspects of digital transformation strategies are discussed.
Following that, there is an explanation on how to integrate digital transformation into firms and some challenges and strategic paths in order to do this effectively.
