Abstract

This chapter reviews major congenital anomalies and selected acquired conditions of the pediatric larynx and trachea. These include laryngomalacia, tracheomalacia, laryngeal and tracheal stenosis, and intubation-associated injuries. A more detailed review of the pediatric surgical pathology of lesions arising from the larynx and trachea is presented in Chap. 11.
