Abstract
Genital fistulas refer to abnormal communication between the genital tract and other pelvic or abdominal organs. The most common causes of genital fistulas are obstetric trauma and surgery-related complications. This chapter will highlight diagnosis and management of some of these fistulas. In addition, this chapter will cover female genital mutilation, which represents a significant women health issue in certain populations to date.
