Abstract
Ventricular arrhythmias involving the conduction system include bundle branch reentrant ventricular tachycardia (VT), fascicular VT and uncommonly, interfascicular reentrant VT. We present a case of VT storm due to interfascicular reentrant VT of two distinct, paired morphologies. One utilized the left posterior fascicle for anterograde conduction and the other utilized the left posterior fascicle for retrograde conduction.
