Abstract
2:1 AV conducting presents a diagnostic challenge and clues on the electrocardiogram and non diagnostic clinical maneuvers can be helpful. Invasive electrophysiology study can be definitive in determining the site of AV block. Permanent His bundle pacing can be employed in this situation.
