Abstract
The head and neck region is the commonest site for dermoid cysts in children. External angular dermoid comprises nearly 61% of all head and neck dermoid cysts [1]. They are congenital swellings, but not all are clinically apparent at birth. They occur at the outer corner of the eye typically appearing as a mass beneath the outer end of the eyebrow.
