Abstract
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy is universally accepted as a premiere intervention for youth with a variety of mental and physical health conditions. Over the last decade, integrated behavioral health in pediatric medical settings has skyrocketed, requiring clinical practice to catch up. In this introductory chapter of this handbook, a summary of each chapter is presented with pertinent findings and salient issues highlighted.
