Abstract
Endoscopic airway surgery has progressed considerably over the past few decades due to advancements in endoscopic instrumentation, techniques, and anesthetic agents and delivery methods available. This chapter will review current methods of delivery and choice of anesthesia for maintenance during endoscopic airway surgery.
