Résumé
Traditionnellement, la formation en soins infirmiers est organisée selon la méthode pédagogique en alternance. L’enseignement de connaissances théoriques est dispensé en salle de cours, alors que les savoirs pratiques sont essentiellement abordés en situation clinique réelle. Ce mode d’apprentissage dans l’action et par l’expérience facilite l’ancrage des acquisitions, notamment lorsque la pratique est poursuivie par son analyse réflexive, permettant sa conceptualisation [1].
