Résumé
Les méthodes d’élastographie estiment la dureté (ou élasticité) des tissus ou bien leurs déplacements relatifs pour en fournir une image d’élasticité ou de déformation, information historiquement évaluée par la palpation d’élément important du diagnostic clinique. Néanmoins, l’élasticité évaluée par l’examen clinique dépend de l’opérateur, de la taille et du siège (profondeur) de la lésion ainsi que de la structure mammaire.
