Résumé
L’effet différentiel, ou index thérapeutique, peut être optimisé par une efficacité antitumorale accrue, notamment selon une irradiation adaptée selon un profil de radiosensibilité et/ou en proposant une combinaison radiothérapie — agents radiosensibilisants. Par ailleurs, l’index thérapeutique peut être optimisé par des stratégies visant à diminuer la survenue des effets secondaires radio-induits, notamment par une médecine personnalisée anti-fibrosante ciblant spécifiquement les voies de signalisation impliquées dans la genèse et/ou le maintien de la fibrose radio-induite [1], mais également en déterminant les patientes à haut risque d’effets secondaires [2]–[5].
