Résumé
Les entorses représentent un motif de consultation très fréquent (1 cas par jour pour 10 000 habitants) et la pathologie sportive représente une part importante. Le traitement est souvent stéréotypé. Il n’existe pas de vrai consensus concernant l’imagerie utile au traitement. Les indications et le choix des examens complémentaires vont bien sûr être différents selon le stade, aigu ou chronique, de l’entorse.
