Résumé

Ce chapitre est consacré à l’actualité dans la rééducation des atteintes traumatiques du système nerveux périphérique. Nous avons réalisé une revue de la littérature non systématique de ces quatre dernières années (nerve injury rehabilitation). Nous n’avons pas retenu les articles concernant les aspects particuliers qui font déjà l’objet de chapitres spécifiques dans cet ouvrage (évaluation clinique, échelles d’évaluation, exploration électro physiologique, imagerie, chirurgie, douleur, appareillage et toxine botulique). Nous n’avons pas limité la revue à la seule rééducation des lésions du plexus brachial car il existe peu d’articles mais nous avons élargi aux lésions nerveuses périphériques d’origine traumatique en nous intéressant particulièrement aux thérapeutiques par le mouvement.
