Résumé
La douleur chronique post-chirurgicale (DCPC) est une entité qui a longtemps été ignorée. Suite à diverses études et articles de revue, la communauté scientifique et les patients ont pris conscience de sa réalité et de sa prévalence [1]. La douleur chronique atteint 20 % de la population européenne et représente un défi thérapeutique : le succès des traitements n’est aujourd’hui acquis que pour un patient sur trois.
