Les traitements anticoagulants par héparine, héparines de bas poids moléculaire et antivitamines K, et sans doute les nouvelles familles d’anticoagulants, exposent á des complications hémorragiques qui toucheraient jusqu’à 4 % des patients, pouvant mettre en jeu le pronostic vital.
