Résumé

Le choix d’un score de symptômes et/ou de qualité de vie dans les incontinences chez l’homme est fonction :

  • de l’existence d’autres symptômes urinaires associés ;

  • du type de population étudiée (neurologique/non neurologique) ;

  • des propriétés de mesures du questionnaire:

    • ○fiabilité et validité de construction : étude discriminative comparative de population,

    • sensibilité aux changements et validité de construction : essais thérapeutiques et suivi clinique ;

  • du niveau de validation psychométrique : performance du questionnaire ;

  • de l’existence d’une forme courte.
