Résumé
La technique chirurgicale utilisant la matrice extracellulaire dermique type Intégra® peut être classé comme méthode de réparation tissulaire «simple», dans la mesure où elle reprend exactement la technique chirurgicale d’une greffe dermo-épidermique. Elle nécessite seulement un apprentissage spécifique pour la gestion la gestion des pansements.
