Abstrait
Le traitement des condylomes acuminés externes est complexe, les méthodes thérapeutiques à la disposition des médecins multiples et les récidives fréquentes. Les conséquences psychologiques et les répercussions sur le couple sont importantes. Les recommandations thérapeutiques disponibles dans la littérature restent assez floues. La logique pratique et économique doit faire une place importante aux traitements auto-appliqués. Mais ceci présuppose une bonne information du patient sur la nature de ses lésions et sur les applications pratiques du produit.
