Adénomes non fonctionnels et thyréotropes au cours de la grossesse

Abtrait

Contrairement aux prolactinomes et, dans une moindre mesure, aux adénomes responsables ďune acromégalie ou ďune maladie de Cushing, les travaux concernant les adénomes non fonctionnels ou thyréotropes au cours de la grossesse sont peu nombreux. Néanmoins, du fait ďune meilleure approche diagnostique, la prévalence de ces deux pathologies s’accroît, et le problème de leur prise en charge au cours de la grossesse doit être posé. Une bonne connaissance des effets de la grossesse et de la lactation sur ľhypophyse s’impose, ainsi que la prise en compte du retentissement de la grossesse sur les adénomes, et des risques potentiels de ces tumeurs et de leur traitement au cours de la gestation.
