Abtrait
Le diagnostic et la prise en charge du syndrome de Cushing au cours de la grossesse soulèvent de nombreuse questions dont les réponses sont encore mal documentées. La physiologie de ľaxe corticotrope est profondément modifiée durant la grossesse normale. Ceci complique ľexploration clinique et biologique pour le diagnostic ďhypercorticisme chez la femme enceinte. Le syndrome de Cushing étant une cause classique ďhypogonadisme et ďinfertilité les observations de grossesse au cours ďun hypercorticisme évolutif sont limitées. Enfin, les thérapeutiques médicales ou chirurgicales classiques du syndrome de Cushing sont souvent délicates ou contre-indiquées au cours de la grossesse.
