Abstract
Brugada syndrome (BrS) is characterized by a typical electrocardiographic pattern of ST segment elevation in leads V1-V3.1 Patients with BrS are at increased risk of sudden cardiac death (SCD) as a result of very fast polymorphic ventricular tachyarrhythmia (PVT)/ventricular fibrillation (VF). Both repolarization and depolarization abnormalities, especially in the RVOT, constitute the hallmark of BrS.2,3
