Abstract
This fourth intermezzo illustrates Case method planning by presenting a usability method plan for testing the Sudoku system (Section 2.1). Since the test process involves a cluster of four methods, we describe these in order in a single method plan, i.e. screening interview (Section 8.6), lab test of implemented prototype (Section 12.3), observation of users (Section 10.4) and post-test interview (Section 8.8).
