Abstract

LESS pyeloplasty has been developed in an effort to improve perioperative and cosmetic outcomes in patients undergoing surgery for ureteropelvic junction obstructions. Perioperative considerations as well as tips and tricks for adopting this complex reconstructive procedure into one’s surgical armamentarium will be discussed in this chapter.
