Abstract

There are many things that must be done in a development project before it’s possible to create a release. In this chapter, you will look at the logistics involved in planning for a release and how you can use TFS to make it easier to follow the process. By using work item tracking in TFS you get another benefit: a lot of data gets captured about the work you do, which you can use to monitor how well the work is progressing (and the process is working).
