Abstract
This study was undertaken by the HRPS Research Committee to assess the perceptions of senior human resource management executives in large North American organizations about:

â—‹ the external and internal forces of change in their organizations,
-
â—‹ how their organizations are likely to respond to change, and
-
â—‹ how their human resource function will respond to the shifting priorities of their organizations.
