This study was undertaken by the HRPS Research Committee to assess the perceptions of senior human resource management executives in large North American organizations about:

  • â—‹ the external and internal forces of change in their organizations,

  • â—‹ how their organizations are likely to respond to change, and

  • â—‹ how their human resource function will respond to the shifting priorities of their organizations.
